We are currently seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join our Brisbane facility in Willawong. This is a hands-on, dynamic role offering the opportunity to make a real impact within a growing and supportive team.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with safety standards
• Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment
• Manage time-sensitive tasks including delivery scheduling and staff rostering
• Coordinate container scheduling and inbound logistics
• Support both local and international order processing
• Manage relationships with local freight providers
• Oversee inventory control, including yearly stocktake and regular stock checks
• Supervise, train, and onboard warehouse staff
• Contribute hands-on to general warehouse duties

About You

• Proven experience in a similar warehouse supervisory role
• Tyre industry experience (preferred but not essential)
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team
• Forklift licence and driver’s licence (preferred)
