Job Summary

The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations in the Feedmill to ensure proper receiving, storage, handling, and issuance of raw materials and finished goods. The role ensures accurate inventory management, smooth workflow, and compliance with safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Graduate of BS Industrial Engineering or any related course
• With experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, or logistics is an advantage
• Knowledgeable in inventory management systems and basic warehouse procedures
• Proficient in MS Office applications, especially Excel
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Detail oriented and highly reliable
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Willing to work in Feedmill operations environment

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and issuance of materials
• Ensure accurate inventory records and proper stock monitoring
• Coordinate with production, purchasing, and logistics teams
• Implement proper warehouse layout, safety, and housekeeping standards
• Conduct regular inventory checks and reconciliation
• Prepare warehouse reports and submit to management
• Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures
