About the role

Our company is seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join our team based in the Tampines North East Region. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our warehouse facility. As Warehouse Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, managing staff, and maintaining high standards of safety, quality and productivity. This role is essential to our supply chain success and directly impacts our ability to deliver exceptional service to our customers.

What you'll be doing

• Overseeing receiving, storage, and dispatching of goods to ensure accuracy and efficiency

• Monitoring inventory levels and conducting regular stock checks to maintain accurate records

• Optimising warehouse layout and storage systems to maximise space utilisation and operational efficiency

• Supervising and managing warehouse staff, including scheduling, training, and performance managemen

• Liaising with other departments including logistics, procurement and customer service to ensure seamless operations

• Training new staff members on warehouse procedures and safety protocols

• Managing equipment maintenance and identifying any equipment issues or repairs needed

What we're looking for

• Minimum 5 years of warehouse supervisory or warehouse management experience
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proven experience in inventory management and warehouse operations systems
• Excellent organisational and time management abilities with strong attention to detail
• Understanding of health and safety regulations relevant to warehouse operations
• Forklift certification
• Knowledge of logistics and distribution processes would be an advantage
