• Warehouse, goods and personnel safety – 35% A) Reasonably dispatch warehouse resources, ensure the safety of fire prevention, anti-theft, moisture-proof, leak-proof and corrosion-proof, and ensure the storage of goods in a safe environment. B) According to the technological properties of the goods, carry out environmental maintenance for the goods with special environmental requirements (such as temperature and humidity requirements) to ensure that the goods do not deteriorate or lose. Standardize the security measures in warehouse operation to ensure the safety and reliability of warehouse operation. C) Actively participate in the company's security-oriented improvement, training and rectification of problem spots, urge employees to do daily safety protection, and ensure personal and property safety.
• Maintain and manage the operation process – 20% A) According to the needs of financial management and business operation of the company, formulate the receiving and receiving process of the warehouse, including the sending and receiving of goods, the putting and receiving of goods, etc., so as to smoothly connect the warehouse operation process with other business processes of the company and ensure that the warehouse operation has rules and regulations to follow; Find and correct abnormal operation in the process of sending and receiving goods, improve the process and enhance its operability. B) Supervise the daily operation of the warehouse to ensure that the warehouse operation meets the requirements of the process. Supervise the relevant business departments to carry out the material storage and storage operation reasonably, to ensure the effective implementation of cross-departmental processes and specifications.
• Inventory and account management – 20% A) According to the company's inventory plan and the actual inventory situation, reasonably plan the storage capacity, containers and safety facilities, make the classification and layout arrangement of the warehouse, and ensure the efficient storage of the company's inventory. B) Organize and dispatch warehouse resources, reasonably classify and properly place warehouse stocks (including in the process of receiving and receiving); Keep the goods in order. C) Establish effective sanitary maintenance mechanisms to ensure the cleanliness of warehouse and goods; standardize warehouse and inventory identification, ensure warehouse identification is clear and accurate. D) Supervise the accounting operation of the warehouse, establish and maintain the appropriate inventory system, and ensure the consistency of the accounts; Provide and maintain accurate accounting documents according to financial requirements. Manage the balance of bonded materials, especially warehouse materials and bonded materials in accordance with customs requirements. E) Establish the IPQC inspection mechanism to ensure the normality of warehouse daily operations and the consistency of accounts and facts.
• Support, service and quality assurance – 10% A) Cultivate and guide the service awareness of warehouse staff, continuously improve the service level of the warehouse, and make the warehouse respond quickly to the material receiving and receiving requirements. B) Organize the preparation of main material receiving and delivery requirements in advance to ensure that the demand department can timely obtain the required goods and reduce the queueing time of material receiving and delivery personnel. C) According to the quality requirements of the company, reasonably arrange the goods for inspection, return, return, etc., to ensure the accurate quality attribute of the goods in the warehouse. D) Establish the quality alarm mechanism of the warehouse, timely alarm and request for disposal of expired period, leakage and damage of articles. E) Arrange to provide accurate warehouse operation and inventory analysis report on a regular basis and check the balance of receipt and delivery of bonded materials. Dispose of redundant stock or waste as required by the company.
• Staff management and technical training– 10% A) Train and guide employees' work and ensure that employees are on duty with certificates; Actively train multifunctional workers. B) Reasonably consider employee performance according to the company's performance appraisal mechanism, evaluate employees objectively and impartially, and ensure effective positive and negative incentives. Conduct company-wide promotion and training in warehouse processes to ensure material requisition and purchasing departments are familiar with the processes.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor degree or above, accounting or supply chain related education background or warehouse specific training. 2. 5 years’ work experience, experience in supply chain or production site supervisor.
• Demonstrated ability to lead people and achieve results through others.
• Experience with problem analysis and resolution at the functional level.
• Proven track record of continuous improvement.
• Experienced with ISO9001/IATF16949 Quality and business process management.
