Warehouse Supervisor

About the role

Walls in Motion, Inc. is seeking a dynamic and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join our team in Pasig City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of our warehouse facilities. As Warehouse Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, managing staff, and maintaining high standards of productivity, safety, and customer satisfaction. This role is integral to our supply chain and logistics operations, directly impacting our ability to deliver quality service to our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise, train, and manage warehouse staff to ensure efficient execution of all warehouse operations
• Monitor and optimise warehouse processes including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping activities
• Conduct regular quality checks on inventory to maintain accuracy and identify discrepancies
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment for all staff
• Prepare and analyse warehouse performance reports, including productivity metrics and cost analysis
• Manage inventory levels and coordinate with procurement teams to ensure adequate stock availability
• Resolve operational issues promptly and implement corrective actions as needed
• Liaise with other departments to ensure seamless coordination and timely order fulfilment
• Maintain warehouse equipment and facilities in good working condition
• Conduct staff appraisals, provide feedback, and support professional development initiatives

What we're looking for

• 3-5 years of experience in a warehouse or distribution centre supervisory role
• Proven track record of successfully managing warehouse teams and achieving operational targets
• Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control practices
• Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively
• Sound understanding of health and safety regulations relevant to warehouse operations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and data analysis
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to lead and motivate teams
• Problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
• Physical ability to perform warehouse duties when required
• Forklift certification or willingness to obtain certification is an advantage
• Knowledge of logistics and supply chain management principles is preferred
