Warehouse Supervisor

* Supervise day-to-day transactions to ensure the Operations is running efficiently and meets the expectations and needs of Client and Management.

* Monitor the efficiency of the Operations and apply methods to improve processes, such as customer service, internal controls and cost-effective execution of results.

* Continuous training and developing staffs to improve their performance and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.

* Evaluating the performance of the team member, report positive and/or negative feedback, address any shortcomings and identify opportunities for possible improvement.

* Analyze business requirements and customer needs and delegate day-to-day tasks to achieve operational objectives

* Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.

Collaborate with Department and Disciplines for strategic planning and goal-settings.
