Warehouse Supervisor

About the role

A Warehouse Supervisor at New RBW Marketing manages daily operations including receiving, storage, and dispatch. Key responsibilities

• Direct daily tasks for receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and dispatching goods, ensuring timely order fulfillment
• Supervise, schedule, train, mentor, and evaluate warehouse personnel, assigning workloads and fostering a productive environment
• Oversee accurate tracking, regular audits, cycle counts, and organization to maintain stock integrity
• Enforce all facility rules, safety procedures, and state regulations, prioritizing worker safety and proper equipment use
• Identify inefficiencies and implement strategies to enhance productivity, streamline workflows, and reduce costs
• Liaise with sales, logistics, and other departments to align warehouse activities with broader business goals
• Manage shipping documents, manifests, receipts, and generate performance reports
