Warehouse Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily warehouse operations: receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch.
• Lead, train, and schedule warehouse staff to achieve operational targets.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and reporting using SAP.
• Perform Cycle count .Annual ,Monthly , Daily .
• Submit inventory report to Customs Department.
• Ensure warehouse compliance with safety, quality, and industry standards.
• Coordinate with production, logistics, procurement, and overseas customers for timely order fulfilment.
• Monitor KPIs such as stock accuracy, order fulfilment, and warehouse productivity.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs.

Competencies

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields.
• Certifications like CPIM (Certified in Production and Inventory Management) are a plus.
• At least 3-5  years in Warehouse Supervisor Role in  multinational company
• Able to communication in English
• Knowledge in TS 16949
• Proficient in SAP for warehouse and inventory management  is MUST
• Leadership and team management skills.
• Basic computer skills (Excel, ERP/WMS).
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working with overseas customers or export logistics.
• Forklift license or prior experience operating warehouse machinery.
• Knowledge of JIT (Just-In-Time) or lean warehouse processes in automotive supply chains.
