Warehouse Supervisor

Job Summary

The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient receiving, storage, inventory control, picking, packing, and dispatch of products. The role supervises warehouse staff, maintains inventory accuracy, and ensures compliance with company policies and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities and manpower.
• Oversee receiving, checking, storing, picking, packing, and releasing of goods.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate inventory records.
• Conduct and supervise regular physical inventory counts and reconciliation.
• Ensure proper warehouse organization, cleanliness, and product storage.
• Monitor proper handling and movement of materials and products.
• Coordinate with Procurement, Logistics, Sales, and other departments regarding warehouse requirements.
• Prepare and maintain warehouse reports, inventory records, and documentation.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies, damages, losses, and other warehouse issues.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, standard operating procedures, and safety regulations.
• Monitor warehouse equipment and report maintenance or repair requirements.
• Train, coach, and evaluate warehouse personnel.
• Implement measures to improve warehouse efficiency, productivity, and cost control.
• Ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment and dispatch.
• Perform other warehouse-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• At least 2–5 years of experience in warehouse operations, preferably in a supervisory role.
• Experience in inventory management, receiving, dispatch, and warehouse control.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse procedures and inventory control practices.
• Experience supervising and managing warehouse personnel.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; experience with WMS/ERP systems is an advantage.
• Good organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• Willing to work on-site and flexible schedules when required.
• Knowledge of occupational health and safety practices is an advantage.
• Preferably residing at Meycauayan Bulacan
