Warehouse Supervisor

Job Summary:

Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, inventory control, and material storage activities to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with established procedures. The role supervises warehouse personnel, coordinates material movements, maintains inventory records, and supports the safe and effective management of warehouse resources while meeting operational requirements.

Job Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.

2. Training or certification in warehouse operations is an advantage.

3. At least 2–3 years of experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, or a supervisory role.

Skills and Competencies:

1. Knowledge of inventory control, stock monitoring, and warehouse operations.

2. Familiarity with inventory management methods such as FIFO and FEFO.

3. Ability to supervise personnel and coordinate daily operational activities.

4. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and report preparation.

5. Knowledge of material handling equipment and warehouse logistics coordination.

6. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

7. Organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

8. Ability to maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with operational procedures.
