Warehouse Supervisor

About the role

LTH Logistics (S) Pte Ltd is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to join our operations team in the West Region. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our warehouse facilities. As Warehouse Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, managing a team of warehouse staff, and maintaining high standards of safety, accuracy and productivity. This role is instrumental in supporting the company's logistics objectives and delivering excellent service to our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Supervising and coordinating warehouse staff to ensure efficient execution of receiving, storage, picking, packing and dispatch operations
• Monitoring inventory levels and maintaining accurate records using warehouse management systems
• Ensuring compliance with health, safety and environmental regulations within the warehouse facility
• Resolving operational issues and implementing corrective actions to improve efficiency
• Preparing reports on warehouse performance metrics including productivity, accuracy and safety
• Liaising with logistics coordinators and clients to ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment

Requirements:

• Minimum 3-5 years of warehouse operation experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or team lead capacity
• Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and logistics software
• Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with team members and stakeholders
• Ability to analyse data and generate actionable insights for operational improvement
• Relevant certification in warehouse management, forklift operation or health and safety (preferred)
• Physical fitness and ability to work in a warehouse environment, including standing for extended periods
• Willing to work 5.5 working days
