Warehouse Supervisor

Location: Changchun

What are your main tasks?

• To manage personnels, assign tasks reasonablly,implement performance valuation on operators, strengthern daily management;
• To manage facilities and equipments for logistics, e.g.forklifts,racks, containers etc.to ensure they can meet requirement;
• To manage all stock,manage the system to ensure the cosistency between actual and system,FIFO, tracability;
• To organize stock-counting, work out physical counting plan and make physical counting report;
• To push the implementation of lean manufacturing in logistics, to work out standardized work instruction for subordinate;
• To optimize the layout of warehouse,to meet the increasing demand of business;

What are your qualifications?

• Have the knowledge of ERP system
• Ability of good communication
• College or above,speciality is not requirement, at least four years working
