WAREHOUSE SUPERVISOR

A Warehouse Supervisor at New RBW Marketing manages daily operations (receiving, storage, dispatch), leads and trains staff, maintains inventory accuracy via counts/audits, ensures safety/organization, coordinates with other departments (sales/logistics), handles documentation, and optimizes processes for efficiency, all while focusing on timely product delivery and high service standards.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

• Operations Oversight: Direct daily tasks for receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and dispatching goods, ensuring timely order fulfillment.
• Staff Management: Supervise, schedule, train, mentor, and evaluate warehouse personnel, assigning workloads and fostering a productive environment.
• Inventory Control: Oversee accurate tracking, regular audits, cycle counts, and organization to maintain stock integrity.
• Safety & Compliance: Enforce all facility rules, safety procedures, and state regulations, prioritizing worker safety and proper equipment use.
• Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies and implement strategies to enhance productivity, streamline workflows, and reduce costs.
• Coordination: Liaise with sales, logistics, and other departments to align warehouse activities with broader business goals.
• Documentation & Reporting: Manage shipping documents, manifests, receipts, and generate performance reports.

• Strong leadership, analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure.
• Computer literate and proficient in using Microsoft Office Applications and Google Space.
• Relevant experience in operations, handling people, and supervising.

Pay: From Php17,000.00 per month
