About the role

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join our team at บริษัท เอริกะ12(ไทยแลนด์) จำกัด in Bangkok. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in the efficient operation of our warehouse and distribution facilities. As Warehouse Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, ensuring optimal inventory management, and maintaining high standards of safety and efficiency. This role is integral to our supply chain operations and directly impacts our ability to meet customer expectations and business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and manage warehouse staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluation
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock records and documentation
• Coordinate receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods in accordance with company procedures
• Implement and maintain warehouse safety protocols and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Optimise warehouse layout and storage systems to maximise space utilisation and operational efficiency
• Conduct regular quality checks to ensure products are stored correctly and remain in good condition
• Prepare and maintain warehouse reports, including inventory audits, shipment records, and performance metrics
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment
• Identify operational improvements and implement cost-saving initiatives
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any warehouse-related issues promptly

What we're looking for

• Proven experience working in a warehouse or logistics environment, with at least 3-5 years in a supervisory or leadership role
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management systems, and supply chain processes
• Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks
• Proficiency in warehouse management software and basic computer systems
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead and motivate a team
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Sound understanding of health and safety regulations and best practices
• Physical capability to perform warehouse duties when necessary
• A proactive approach to identifying and implementing operational improvements
• Professional demeanour and commitment to maintaining high standards of service
• Ability to work flexibly, including potential shift work or extended hours during peak periods
