Warehouse Supervisor

A Warehouse Supervisor in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sector plays a crucial role. Because FMCG deals with high-volume, high-turnover, and often perishable or date-sensitive goods (such as food, beverages, and personal care products), the warehouse supervisor must balance fast-paced physical operations with strict inventory accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

• Operations Management: Oversee daily floor activities including receiving, put-away, storage, picking, staging, and dispatch.
• Inventory Control: Enforce strict FIFO (First-In, First-Out) and FEFO (First-Expired, First-Out) protocols. Conduct regular cycle counts and stock audits to maintain high inventory accuracy ($\ge 99%$).
• Team Leadership: Direct, coach, and schedule warehouse staff, forklift operators, and pickers. Monitor attendance, productivity, and safety compliance.
• Safety & Compliance: Maintain workplace safety (Zero Lost Time Accidents) and uphold housekeeping standards using 5S and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) principles.
• System Transactions: Ensure all physical movements are accurately reflected in enterprise systems (such as SAP or other ERP/WMS platforms) in real-time.

Core Skills & Qualifications

• Experience: Typically requires 3 to 5 years of warehouse operations experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory capacity, preferably within FMCG, food & beverage, or retail supply chain.
• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in WMS/ERP systems (SAP is heavily preferred), strong command of Microsoft Excel, and familiarity with inventory aging and stock variance reduction.
• Soft Skills: Strong leadership, crisis management, problem-solving abilities, and effective cross-functional communication with production, procurement, and logistics teams.

Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
