Warehouse Supervisor

BROAD SCOPE

• Responsible for Warehouse Management, including Inventory, Returned Logistics, MHEs, Safety, Facility, Inbound & Outbound, and Reworks.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provides administrative support primarily to the Contract Team, with some support to other teams as necessary.
• Oversees the overall warehouse operations, including receiving, put-away, and dispatching operations.
• Ensures warehouse operational safety by establishing controls and monitoring that proper procedures are followed.
• Leads special projects required to further improve and systemize operations and provide the best service to the client.
• Implements required Quality improvements and Audit compliance based on internal and client requirements.
• Formulates, plans, and conceptualizes processes and developments to further improve overall warehouse operations.
• Coordinates with other departments within the company to effectively implement daily operational tasks.
• Motivates, organizes, and encourages teamwork among personnel to ensure productivity targets are achieved.
• Closely coordinates with the Inventory Management Team in innovating and implementing improvements to meet Inventory KPIs.
• Investigates and resolves issues pertaining to warehouse operations to ensure immediate resolution.
• Ensures 100% inventory accuracy at all times.
• Implements best practices to avoid box and product damage in the warehouse.
• Prepares manpower shifting schedules.
• Leads, motivates, inspires, trains, coaches, develops, and guides subordinates.

REQUIREMENTS

EDUCATION / QUALIFICATION

• Bachelor's/College Degree in Customs, Logistics, Transportation, Business Management, or an equivalent field.

EXPERIENCE

• At least 5 years of working experience in an international logistics company, warehouse operations, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in warehouse operations.

SKILLS

• Proficient in encoding and MS Office applications.
• Adept knowledge of GWP, contract management, and inventory management.
• Proficient in any Warehouse Management System, such as SAP or Cello.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
