Warehouse Supervisor

Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a cross-docking distribution center, ensuring the efficient movement of inbound and outbound shipments with minimal storage time. This role supervises warehouse personnel, monitors receiving and dispatch activities, maintains inventory accuracy, ensures compliance with safety standards, and drives productivity to meet customer service and operational targets.

Operations Management

• Supervise daily cross-docking operations, including receiving, sorting, staging, and dispatch activities.
• Ensure timely transfer of products from inbound shipments to outbound deliveries.
• Monitor truck arrival and departure schedules to minimize turnaround time and detention costs.
• Coordinate with transportation, logistics, and store operations teams to ensure seamless product flow.
• Ensure all shipments are processed accurately and within established service level agreements (SLAs).

Team Leadership

• Supervise and lead warehouse associates, forklift operators, and dispatch personnel.
• Plan and assign daily workloads to maximize productivity and operational efficiency.
• Conduct employee coaching, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions when necessary.
• Facilitate team meetings and communicate operational updates and priorities.

Inventory and Accuracy Control

• Monitor receiving and dispatch documentation to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies, damages, shortages, and overages.
• Ensure proper scanning and tracking of products using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or similar systems.
• Maintain accurate records and reports on warehouse activities.

Performance Management

• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as:
• On-time shipment dispatch
• Dwell Time (Receiving to Dispatch time)
• Productivity rates
• Inventory accuracy
• Damage and shrinkage rates
• Analyze operational data and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and service levels.

Education

• Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience

• Minimum of 3–5 years of warehouse operations experience.
• At least 2 years of supervisory experience in a distribution center, logistics facility, or cross-docking environment.
• Experience in FMCG, retail, e-commerce, or third-party logistics (3PL) operations is an advantage.

Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php32,000.00 per month
