Warehouse Supervisor — ACT Satellite Site

About the Role

This is a rare warehouse role: you'll run our ACT satellite site solo, with full end-to-end ownership of the operation: inbound and outbound freight, inventory, compliance, and safety. You'll be the face of Droppoint for one of our key partners, KONE, working daily alongside their technician and install teams to keep their local supply chain moving, while also supporting a small number of other accounts through the same site. You'll have the autonomy to run things, backed by the wider Droppoint team whenever you need them.

What You'll Own

• Full daily running of the warehouse as the only on-site resource
• Receiving, checking, and putting away incoming goods, recorded accurately in our WMS
• Picking, packing, and dispatching customer orders on time and in full
• Stock accuracy, including regular cycle counts
• Safety and compliance across the site
• Forklift operation, including loading and unloading trucks
• Being the primary point of contact for KONE's technician and install teams, plus our internal operations and customer service teams
• Occasional local travel around Canberra to inspect our network of delivery sites (own vehicle and licence required)

About You

• Experience supervising a warehouse or running warehouse operations
• Comfortable working independently, taking initiative, and solving problems on the spot
• Strong customer service instincts - you'll be liaising with customer stakeholders daily
• Ability to balance strong customer relationships with firm adherence to process and compliance
• Computer literate, ideally with WMS/ERP and MS Office
• Current forklift licence
• Driver's licence and reliable vehicle
• Available Mon-Fri, 8 hours per day between 6am and 4pm
