Warehouse Supervisor

About the role

Manage and oversee all Finished Goods Warehouse operations, including storage, picking, loading, and delivery. Ensure FG inventory accuracy, proper stock recording, and product availability to support delivery requirements. Control picking and loading accuracy based on item, quantity, and delivery destination. Manage manpower, work allocation, and team performance within the Finished Goods Warehouse.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all Finished Goods Warehouse operations, including storage, picking, loading, and delivery
• Ensure FG inventory accuracy, proper stock recording, and product availability to support delivery requirements
• Control picking and loading accuracy based on item, quantity, and delivery destination
• Manage manpower, work allocation, and team performance within the Finished Goods Warehouse
• Coordinate with Production, PPIC, Sales, and Delivery to ensure smooth FG operations and deliveries
• Analyze and resolve stock discrepancies and warehouse operational issues
• Monitor Warehouse KPIs and drive continuous improvement to improve accuracy, productivity, and operational efficiency
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, 5S, and safety standards within the Finished Goods Warehouse

About you

• Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1), preferably in Logistics, Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Warehouse/Logistics, with at least 2 years in a Supervisor role
• Experience in Finished Goods Warehouse operations, preferably within a manufacturing environment
• Strong understanding of inventory control, stocktaking, storage, picking, loading, and delivery processes
• Experienced in handling stock discrepancies, delivery issues, and warehouse operational problems
• Proficient in ERP/WMS
• Strong leadership, analytical thinking, problem-solving, and cross-functional coordination skills
• Able to manage teams and achieve operational targets based on KPIs
