Warehouse Supervisor

Summary:

Lead the warehouse team composed of MHE Operators & Encoders and reporting directly to the Sr. Operations Manager. Receiving of locally purchased meat, transfers from External Cold Storages and Customer Returns (if any). Issuance of Raw Materials Requests (RMR) to Production. Inventory Management ensuring 100% accuracy at all times. Report to the Facility Maintenance any irregularity observed especially in the warehouse (Example : rise in temperature, product mishandling, racking system damage, etc). Compliance to Quality Standards. Reboxing of items based on customer order.

Minimum Requirements :

• 24/7 operation. Willing to work evening or night shift when needed
• Bachelors Degree in Logistics/SupplyChain, Industrial Engineering or equivalent, with good command of the English language
• Minimum of 5 years experience in warehouse and 2 years in cold storage as a Supervisor of at least 20 personnel
• Good leadership skills
• Can work in a fast-paced environment and can handle stress
• Willing to be assigned on shifting schedule and extend working hours as the need arises
• Computer literate and familiar with the use of Google Sheet
• Knowledgeable on the Proper Food Handling principles and HACCP
• NC II in the operations of Reach Truck is an advantage

Daily Tasks :

• Monitor releases of Pick Lists and assign to MHE Operator
• Supervise conduct of Stock Picking and timely issuance to Production
• Double check alignment of Pick List against Packing List for dispatch to avoid short serve
• Ensure safety in all aspects of work
• Coordinate with Production, Inventory Analyst, Accounting Supervisor and other department as necessary
• Review current processes and propose improvement to cut-down cycle time across the operations
• Regular Cycle Count and ensure all bins are counted 100% within one (1) month
• See to it that Cold Storage and Ante Room doors are always closed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php35,000.00 - Php50,000.00 per month
