Warehouse Supervisor

About the role

Infinity Sports International, Inc. is looking for an experienced and dependable Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations and ensure efficient inventory handling, receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatching.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse operations and warehouse personnel
• Monitor receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatching activities
• Ensure accurate inventory records and proper stock movement
• Conduct and oversee regular physical inventory counts
• Maintain proper organization, labeling, and storage of merchandise
• Monitor employee productivity and ensure tasks are completed on time
• Coordinate with Sales, Logistics, Purchasing, and other departments regarding stock requirements and deliveries
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, damaged items, and operational issues
• Ensure compliance with warehouse procedures, safety standards, and company policies
• Prepare inventory, productivity, and warehouse operational reports

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• At least 2–3 years of experience in warehouse operations, preferably with supervisory experience
• Strong knowledge of inventory management, receiving, picking, packing, and dispatching processes
• Experience with warehouse or inventory management systems is an advantage
• Strong leadership and people-management skills
• Good organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
• Detail-oriented and capable of working in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of warehouse safety procedures and proper material handling
