Warehouse Supervisor

Job summary

We are seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to join and lead our growing production team. In this role, you will be responsible in overseeing daily warehouse operations, ensuring the proper receiving, storage, inventory control, picking, and dispatch of products and materials. The role will also supervise warehouse personnel and ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.

Key responsibilities:

• Supervise and monitor daily warehouse operations and activities.

• Oversee receiving, checking, storage, picking, and dispatch of goods.

• Ensure proper inventory management and accurate stock records.

• Monitor warehouse cleanliness, organization, and safety.

• Lead, train, and evaluate warehouse staff.

• Coordinate with other departments regarding inventory and delivery requirements.

• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies and operational issues.

• Ensure proper handling and storage of products following company standards.

• Prepare and submit warehouse reports and inventory-related documentation.

• Implement procedures to improve warehouse efficiency and productivity.

Qualifications and requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Warehouse Management, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• With relevant experience in warehouse operations and inventory management.
• Preferably with supervisory or leadership experience.
• Knowledge of warehouse processes, inventory control, and logistics operations.
• Good leadership, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Computer literate; knowledge of inventory or warehouse management systems is an advantage.
• Willing to work in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment.
• Willing to work on-site and follow company schedules.
