Warehouse Supervisor (Full Time)

Evo Automotive Solutions Ltd is a Milton Keynes-based company supplying locking wheel nuts, bolts and related automotive products to the automotive industry.

We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join our team on a permanent, full-time basis.

This is a hands-on supervisory role supporting the Warehouse Manager with the day-to-day running of the warehouse. You will work alongside the warehouse team, helping to organise workloads, maintain high standards and ensure customer orders are completed accurately and on time. You will also deputise for the Warehouse Manager when required.

This is a clean warehouse environment handling finished automotive parts, primarily locking wheel nuts and bolts, with no exposure to oils or chemicals.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Coordinating daily warehouse operations and allocating work across the team
• Supervising and supporting warehouse staff, including monitoring productivity, quality and performance
• Taking responsibility for packing, assembly and preparation of aftermarket customer orders
• Picking, packing, palletising and shrink wrapping orders to customer requirements
• Loading and unloading deliveries using Reach and Counterbalance forklifts
• Receiving, checking, storing and moving stock safely and accurately
• Feeding production lines and clearing finished products as required
• Responding to changing priorities and urgent customer requirements
• Maintaining accurate warehouse records, delivery documentation and operational charts
• Supporting training records, Health & Safety requirements and good housekeeping
• Working closely with Sales, Procurement, Administration and other departments

The ideal candidate will have:

• Strong hands-on warehouse experience
• Practical Reach and Counterbalance forklift experience
• Experience supervising a small team while remaining actively involved in warehouse operations
• Good organisational skills and the ability to prioritise changing workloads
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively across departments
• Good administration skills and attention to detail
• A practical, proactive approach and willingness to lead by example
• A strong commitment to quality, accuracy and Health & Safety

A valid forklift licence is preferred, although refresher training can be provided. Practical Reach and Counterbalance forklift experience is essential.

We are looking for someone who enjoys being hands-on rather than managing from an office, is comfortable adapting to changing priorities and takes pride in maintaining high standards.

Hours of work:
Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm
40 hours per week
