Warehouse Supervisor

Supervise daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, dispatch, and inventory activities.

• Lead, assign, and monitor warehouse personnel to ensure efficient workflow and productivity.

• Ensure proper FIFO/FEFO implementation and accurate product handling.

• Monitor product temperature, storage conditions, and cold-chain requirements.

• Ensure accurate inventory movement and minimize product loss, damage, and discrepancies.

• Ensure proper handling of expired, damaged, returned, and hold products.

• Monitor compliance with warehouse SOPs, food safety requirements, and company policies.

• Conduct regular warehouse inspections and ensure proper housekeeping and sanitation.

• Monitor employee attendance, productivity, performance, and compliance with safety procedures.

• Prepare and submit daily/weekly warehouse reports, inventory reports, and incident reports.

• Investigate inventory discrepancies, operational issues, and product handling incidents.

• Ensure proper use and maintenance of warehouse equipment and facilities.

• Promote a culture of safety, teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Pay: Php21,000.00 - Php23,000.00 per month
