Job Title: Warehouse Supervisor

Job Summary

We are looking for a Warehouse Supervisor with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience to manage and supervise daily warehouse operations. The candidate will be responsible for inventory management, material movement, team supervision, stock accuracy, and maintaining a safe and organized warehouse.

Key Responsibilities

* Supervise daily warehouse activities including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch.

* Manage and allocate work to warehouse staff.

* Ensure proper storage and identification of materials.

* Maintain accurate inventory and stock records.

* Conduct regular stock verification and cycle counts.

* Monitor inward and outward material movement.

* Coordinate with Production, Purchase, Stores, Logistics, and other departments.

* Ensure timely availability of materials as per operational requirements.

* Identify and report stock discrepancies, damages, and shortages.

* Maintain proper documentation for GRN, inward/outward, stock transfer, and dispatch.

* Ensure proper housekeeping and 5S practices in the warehouse.

* Ensure employees follow safety procedures and company policies.

* Monitor employee attendance, discipline, and productivity.

* Prepare daily/weekly warehouse reports.

* Train and guide warehouse workers in proper material handling and storage procedures.

* Ensure optimum utilization of warehouse space and racks.

* Support management in improving warehouse processes and reducing inventory discrepancies.

Qualification & Experience

* Education: Graduate/Diploma in any discipline; Logistics, Supply Chain, or Warehouse Management preferred.

* Experience:Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in warehouse/stores operations or inventory management.

* Experience in a manufacturing or FMCG environment will be an added advantage.

* Basic knowledge of MS Excel and inventory/ERP software preferred.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
