Warehouse Supervisor

About the Role

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations and ensure smooth, accurate and efficient handling of cookware and electrical products.

The successful candidate will lead the warehouse team, monitor stock movement, ensure proper storage and maintain compliance with company SOPs and safety requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing and dispatch.
• Lead, guide and monitor warehouse staff to ensure productivity and work quality.
• Ensure all incoming and outgoing goods are properly checked against PO, DO, packing lists and system records.
• Monitor stock accuracy and conduct regular stock checks and stock takes.
• Ensure proper arrangement, labelling and storage of cookware and electrical products.
• Monitor inventory movement and investigate stock discrepancies.
• Ensure FIFO and proper warehouse housekeeping practices are followed.
• Coordinate with Sales, Purchasing, Order Processing, Logistics and other departments for smooth operations.
• Monitor loading and unloading activities and ensure goods are handled safely.
• Ensure warehouse equipment, tools and facilities are properly maintained.
• Prepare and submit warehouse-related reports and records.
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs, safety regulations and warehouse procedures.
• Identify operational issues and recommend improvements to increase efficiency.
• Perform other warehouse-related duties assigned by management.

Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in warehouse operations, preferably in a supervisory role.
• Experience in inventory management, stock control and warehouse operations.
• Experience handling cookware, electrical products, retail or FMCG products will be an advantage.
• Good leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Able to supervise and motivate a team effectively.
• Good knowledge of warehouse processes and stock control procedures.
• Computer literate; experience with SAP or warehouse management systems is an added advantage.
• Able to work independently and under pressure.
• Responsible, organised, detail-oriented and proactive.
• Willing to work on-site in Subang Jaya.
