Warehouse Supervisor

1,Supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and material issuance.

2.Lead and monitor warehouse staff to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and accurately.

3. Verify incoming and outgoing materials against purchase orders and delivery documents.

4. Ensure proper inventory control and maintain accurate stock records in the system.

5.Conduct periodic stock counts and coordinate annual stock audits.

6.Monitor stock levels and report replenishment needs to Supply Chain Coordinate with Procurement and Engineering departments regarding material requirements.

7.Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and warehouse procedures.

8.Investigate and resolve discrepancies in stock or delivery issues.

9.Prepare warehouse reports (stock movement, inventory status, variance reports.)
