Warehouse Supervisor

What you'll be doing

• Manage and coordinate the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, including inventory management, stock control, and order fulfilment
• Supervise and motivate a team of warehouse associates to achieve productivity and efficiency targets
• Implement and maintain effective inventory control systems to minimise losses and optimize stock levels
• Liaise with transportation providers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods to our stores
• Monitor warehouse performance and identify areas for improvement, implementing process enhancements as required
• Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations within the warehouse
• Provide regular reporting on warehouse activities and key performance indicators to senior management

What we're looking for

• Minimum 1 - 2 years of experience in a warehouse supervisory role, preferably within the manufacturing, transport, or logistics industry
• Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems, inventory control, and distribution processes
• Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, to analyze data and generate reports
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions to improve warehouse operations
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with various stakeholders
• Familiarity with relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations in the Philippines
