Position Summary

The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all warehouse operations, including receiving, inventory control, material handling, production support, and shipping. This role leads daily warehouse activities, ensures inventory accuracy, and supports the efficient flow of materials throughout the business. The position supervises warehouse staff while helping build scalable processes to support company growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead receiving, storage, inventory control, material movement, and shipping operations.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and ERP transactions.
• Coordinate cycle counts, investigate discrepancies, and support inventory audits.
• Ensure materials are properly identified, organized, and available to support production and customer orders.
• Oversee outbound shipments, packaging, labeling, and carrier coordination.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized warehouse environment using continuous improvement principles.
• Supervise, train, and develop warehouse personnel.
• Partner with Operations, Purchasing, Quality, and Customer Service to ensure efficient material flow and on-time delivery.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and hazardous material handling requirements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of warehouse, inventory, logistics, or manufacturing experience.
• 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience with ERP systems and inventory management processes.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Forklift experience or certification preferred.
• Experience with lithium batteries, electronics, manufacturing, or regulated products is a plus.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment and wear required PPE.
