Warehouse Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Inventory Management & Control: Conduct monthly inventory cycle counts and API counts, reconcile variances, maintain accurate control of company and customer stock, and update stock records and results in the U9 ERP system.
• Warehouse Operations & Documentation: Organize and maintain warehouse and customer property, optimize space utilization, ensure efficient receiving, identification, dispatch and quality control, and prepare required materials and documents, including Delivery Orders, Packing Lists, COCs, Test Records and MRBs. Ensure gate passes are completed and recorded before shipment release.
• Reporting & Cost Optimization: Prepare weekly and monthly inventory reports, maintain transaction documentation and information, monitor warehouse effectiveness, identify cost-saving opportunities, and provide relevant reports to stakeholders.
• Team Management & Training: Determine staffing levels, assign workloads, monitor warehouse officers’ performance, ensure consistent procedures and controls, and provide on-the-job coaching and training. Maintain staff competency and training records in accordance with API Specification Q2 requirements.
• QHSE & Compliance: Ensure all warehouse operations comply with company QHSE policies and procedures, including safe forklift and lifting operations, proper chemical/hazardous material storage and SDS requirements, housekeeping, and applicable warehouse controls.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Minimum 5–7 years of warehouse / inventory management experience, of which at least 2 years in a supervisory role
• Experience in oil & gas, offshore or heavy engineering environment preferred
• Highly effective supervisory skills and techniques
• Working knowledge of ERP / warehouse management systems (U9 or similar) and MS Office proficiency
• Working knowledge of API Specification Q2 and/or ISO 9001 quality management systems
• Knowledge of safe material handling (forklift, lifting operations, chemical / hazardous material storage); valid forklift licence is an advantage.
• Good command of Thai and English (written and spoken)
