About the role
Supervise and manage daily warehouse operations, overseeing receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching of goods.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching of goods
- Maintain accurate inventory and stock records
- Conduct regular stock counts and check for stock discrepancies
- Ensure proper storage and arrangement of goods
- Monitor warehouse staff attendance, performance, and daily tasks
- Ensure warehouse cleanliness, safety, and proper housekeeping
- Coordinate with Procurement, Operations, Engineering, and other departments on stock requirements
- Check incoming and outgoing goods for quantity and condition
- Prepare basic warehouse and inventory reports
- Ensure all warehouse activities follow company SOP and procedures
