Warehouse Supervisor

1. Oversees procurement of direct materials; technical goods and services including maintenance and repair tasks.

2. Evaluates proposals, quotes, and bids and chooses/recommends appropriate suppliers and service providers to perform the task.

3. Visit supplier facilities to conduct inspections, audits and ensure that required standards are met.

4. Evaluates new and existing suppliers; subcontractors and negotiates purchase agreements.

5. Seeks out alternative supplies that could still provide the company's requirements with lesser costs that will help increase the company's profitability.

6. Review purchase requisitions for veracity and completeness of information, proper authorization and conformance to established procedure.

7. Prepares purchase orders and coordinates requests to valid and accredited suppliers ensuring purchase price variation and on-time delivery.

8. Prepares various monthly reports such as Summary of Comparative Report, consolidates Forecast for Local and Imported Supplies from all sections to be forwarded to Accounting Department for Cash Flow Plan.

Qualifications:

• Preferably with Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering or any related work experience.
• Willing to be assign in Laguna and Batangas Plants
• Have experience in handling manpower.
