Warehouse Supervisor

About out client:

Our client is a fast-growing logistics company and part of one of the largest logistics groups in China. The company provides a wide range of international logistics services, including Export amp; Import Express Courier, Air amp; Sea Freight, Warehousing amp; Supply Chain, as well as Trucking services.

Key responsibilities:

• Supervise daily warehouse operations, including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, inventory transfer, return handling and stock counting, ensuring inventory accuracy and smooth operations
• Monitor warehouse KPI such as inventory accuracy, order fulfillment, productivity, damage rate and operational efficiency, and report performance to the Warehouse Manager
• Ensure proper warehouse layout, storage procedures and workflow are followed, and support the implementation and effective use of WMS
• Supervise warehouse staff, including daily work allocation, scheduling, attendance, training and performance monitoring, while ensuring compliance with K3 and 5S standards
• Coordinate with fleet, customer service and project teams to ensure orders are processed and delivered on time, and assist in resolving daily operational issues
• Maintain warehouse records and documentation, and support internal audits, ISO requirements and customer compliance activities

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Logistics, Warehousing, Supply Chain, Management or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse operations, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or team leader position
• Experience in large international logistics, courier or warehouse companies is preferred
• Good knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management and stock control
• Experience using WMS and Excel is required; ERP experience is a plus
• Good English communication skills, both written and spoken. Mandarin is an advantage
• Strong team supervision, problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to work under operational pressure
• Familiar with warehouse safety procedures, K3 and basic Indonesian labor regulations
