Overview

We are seeking a hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily floor operations in a fast-paced, high-volume warehouse environment. This role focuses on on-site execution, team supervision, and ensuring daily operations run smoothly and efficiently.

What You’ll Do

• Oversee daily warehouse floor operations and execution
• Supervise team leads and associates on-site
• Monitor productivity, attendance, and daily output
• Ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time
• Coordinate daily staffing and task assignments
• Address on-site issues and provide immediate solutions
• Enforce company policies and safety procedures
• Support operational flow across departments

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of warehouse experience
• 1+ year of supervisory or team management experience
• Strong on-site management and execution ability
• Experience in high-volume or fast-paced environment preferred
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Familiar with WMS and warehouse operations
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, with or without reasonable accommodation
• Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the shift
