Currently, we are seeking qualified candidates for our Warehouse Supervisor role at our Columbia, South Carolina manufacturing facility. As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will need to work in a fast paced, high-speed environment, following standardized work, and adhere to safe work practices in a continuous improvement environment.

What You Will Do

• Keeps your group on task, making steady progress, keeping within deadlines and budget, and identifying any significant issues to senior management. Communicates well, holds a position of authority and respect from peers.
• Manage team members, attendance, work arrangement, inspection, evaluation, and deal with related problems.
• Interviewing new employees, arranging staff training to improve the skill level and comprehensive quality of the team. Ensure the safety of site working environment, staff comply with safety requirements, including operating equipment.
• The main responsibility is to implement product protection and delivery control procedures and material management measures, cooperate with the implementation of product management and related material management and measurement acceptance, cooperate with non-conformity control procedures and other related systems, and inventory management of finished products and materials.
• To implement other procedures or documents for the execution of finished products and materials, and to put forward suggestions for improvement according to the actual situation, to ensure the effective implementation of the system and documents for the execution of the principal responsibility of finished products and materials in this group.
• Make sure the Finished products inventory correct monthly. Lead the team to fix any issues of the inventory. Ensuring the internal and external audits by the mid and end of the year pass successfully.
• Responsible for warehouse paperwork and records updating; responsible for reviewing all kinds of forms, paperwork and properly preserving the original copies and records; warehouse data statistics, summary, feedback, to ensure that the data is correct according to the company's relevant requirements.
• Responsible for the reasonable planning of storage space in warehouse under its jurisdiction, marking and setting, meeting the requirement of "5S" management, neat and orderly in the warehouse, clearly marking; checking regularly to ensure that the "records, cards and materials" in the warehouse are in line; responsible for the inspection work at sight, reporting and feedback timely when problems are found, and supervising relevant departments carry out rectification.
• Participate in site shipping and receiving when needed by the team to ensure that the team can complete the task on time. Cooperate and support with relevant functional departments.
• Follow all other directions of the leadership chain.

What You Need to Succeed

All Candidates

• Must be 18 years of age and have obtained a high school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent Time Management, attention to detail, ability to interact with other employees
• Ability to work efficiently and able to work diligently
• Must be Forklift Certified with 3 to 5 years’ experience

Internal Candidates

• Minimum of 4 Years of employment with China Jushi along with familiarity of Jushi’s product(s).
• Previous Team Lead and/or Supervisory Experience

External Candidates

• Minimum of 3-Years of Warehouse Team Lead and/or Supervisor Experience.

Probationary Period:

• Please note that all new hires are subject to a Probation Period for the first 90-days of employment.

Working conditions

• Must be able to lift 50+ Pounds consistently for 12-Hours.
• Must be able to work around extreme heat safely.
• Must be able to work in a wet environment safely.
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
• Must be able to work around and operate machinery safely.
