Warehouse Supervisor

Responsible for overseeing the storage, handling, issuance, and inventory control of construction materials, tools, and equipment. The role ensures materials are available when needed, properly stored, and accurately tracked to support project operations efficiently and safely.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse operations for construction materials and equipment.

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming deliveries against purchase orders and delivery receipts.

• Organize and maintain proper storage of materials, tools, and supplies.

• Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular stock counts and audits.

• Coordinate with procurement, site engineers, and project managers regarding material requirements and availability.

• Prepare material issuance, transfer, and receiving reports.

• Ensure timely distribution of materials to construction sites.

• Maintain accurate inventory records using manual logs or warehouse management systems.

• Enforce safety standards and proper housekeeping within the warehouse.

• Investigate discrepancies, damaged items, or material losses.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and construction industry regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any 4-year course required.
• Proven experience in warehouse operations, preferably in construction or heavy industry.
• Knowledge of construction materials, tools, and equipment.
• Familiarity with inventory management systems and MS Office applications.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• Knowledge of workplace safety practices and procedures.
• Must be willing to be assigned in Quezon City.
