Warehouse Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

• Train, mentor, and evaluate team members to ensure high performance and compliance with company standards.
• Develop and implement staff schedules to ensure adequate manpower coverage across operational shifts.
• Monitor and manage daily warehouse workflows to ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time.
• Implement and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) to maintain operational efficiency, consistency, and workplace safety.
• Identify and resolve operational issues, including inventory discrepancies, processing delays, and equipment malfunctions.
• Ensure warehouse operations comply with company quality standards, safety requirements, and applicable regulations.
• Prepare and submit regular reports on operational performance, key metrics, and areas for improvement.
• Analyze operational data to identify trends, forecast manpower and operational needs, and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency.
• Conduct safety orientations, training, and drills to promote a safe working environment.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of relevant work experience in warehouse operations, warehouse management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in personnel management, particularly in supervising warehouse staff.
• Experience managing approximately 100 warehouse personnel is an advantage.
• At least 2 years of experience supervising a team of approximately 50 warehouse personnel is required.
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage warehouse operations in a fast-paced environment and meet operational targets.
• Detail-oriented, with strong inventory management and operational coordination skills.
• Willing to work onsite at the fulfillment warehouses in Brgy. Pulo and Brgy. Mamatid, Cabuyao, Laguna.

Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
