- Inventory Management: บริหารจัดการ วางระบบการจัดเก็บอะไหล่และอุปกรณ์ที่มีความหลากหลายสูง และควบคุมสต็อกสินค้าในคลังให้มีความพร้อมใช้งาน 100% เพื่อสนับสนุนฝ่ายผลิตและฝ่ายขายได้อย่างทันท่วงที
- บริหารจัดการ ดูแลการทำงานของทีมงานใต้บังคับบัญชา ให้มีประสิทธิภาพสูงสุด
- บริหารจัดการเวลาในการสั่งซื้อสินค้ากึ่งสำเร็จรูป(Semi-finished goods) โดยคำนึงถึงเวลาผลิต-จัดส่งของSuppliers และเวลาที่ใช้ในการผลิตให้เป็นสินค้าสำเร็จรูป เพื่อให้มีสินค้าครบถ้วนพร้อมส่งทันเวลารับสินค้า
- Stock Accuracy: ควบคุมดูแลการรับ-จ่าย และตัดสต็อกสินค้าให้ถูกต้องแม่นยำ สอดคล้องกับสินค้าหน้างานจริง
- Supply Chain Collaboration: วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลสินค้าคงคลัง วางแผนการสั่งซื้อสินค้าล่วงหน้า และประสานงานร่วมกับฝ่ายจัดซื้อ (สำนักงานใหญ่) เพื่อทำการออกใบขอซื้อสินค้า และมีสินค้าพร้อมใช้ทันต่อการใช้งาน
- Cycle Count: นำทีมทำการสุ่มนับสต็อกประจำวัน เพื่อให้ยอดในระบบตรงกับของจริง 100%
- Reporting: จัดทำรายงานสรุปสินค้าคงเหลือและวิเคราะห์ความเคลื่อนไหวของสินค้า (Stock Movement Report) เพื่อเสนอต่อผู้บริหาร
- วิเคราะห์และแก้ไขปัญหาเมื่อสต็อกไม่ตรง พร้อมเสนอแนวทางป้องกัน
- งานแก้ปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าอื่นๆในขอบเขตงานคลังสินค้า
