We're looking for a 2nd Shift Warehouse Supervisor who knows how to motivate a team, drive performance, and keep a high-volume distribution operation running smoothly.

- Lead receiving, inventory, fulfillment & shipping operations
- Coach associates and drive productivity, safety & accuracy
- Use WMS data and KPIs to improve daily performance
- Manage staffing, training & operational priorities
What You Bring
✔️ 2+ years of warehouse/distribution leadership
✔️ WMS knowledge and high-volume DC operations
✔️ Strong coaching and problem-solving skills
✔️ Warehouse automation knowledge is a plus
