Warehouse Supervisor

Join Intretech Malaysia, a subsidiary of a China-listed global smart manufacturing group with operations across China, Malaysia, Mexico and Hungary. We are expanding and we are looking for a capable Warehouse Supervisor to grow with us.

Your Role: Lead. Optimize. Deliver.

As our Warehouse Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end warehouse operations while leading and inspiring a high-performing team.

What You will be doing:

Lead & Develop Team

• Supervise, motivate and coach warehouse personnel to achieve operational targets
• Build a strong, disciplined and collaborative warehouse culture
• Drive accountability and performance improvement

Oversee Warehouse Operations

• Ensure accurate receiving, storage and dispatch of materials and finished goods
• Maintain inventory accuracy and enforce proper stock control (FIFO compliance)
• Monitor warehouse layout and space utilization efficiency

Drive Operational Excellence

• Track and analyze KPIs (inventory accuracy, order fulfillment, productivity, turnaround time)
• Identify process gaps and implement improvement initiatives
• Work closely with Procurement, Production, Logistics and Program teams to ensure seamless coordination

Compliance & Safety

• Ensure full compliance with health & safety standards and company policies
• Maintain proper documentation and audit readiness

What We're Looking For:

✔ Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in warehouse supervision/management
✔ Strong hands-on experience in receiving, storage, dispatch & inventory control
✔ Solid understanding of FIFO and warehouse management systems (WMS)
✔ Strong leadership presence — able to manage, guide and influence teams
✔ Proactive, results-driven and comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
✔ Good analytical and problem-solving skills
