Warehouse Supervisor

We are seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to join our team, based at our Kirkalocka project, located in the Murchison Goldfields.

This is a permanent, full-time position on an 8/6 roster, BIBO from Perth.

You will lead the site Warehouse Officers, ensuring efficient management of materials, consumables and critical spares utilised across the operation. The role supports Processing, Maintenance, and Site Services through efficient inventory management, supplier performance and warehouse compliance.

You will assume accountability for the critical spares strategy, warehouse safety and the continuous improvement of stores systems and processes. Interacting with internal teams, contractors, and suppliers, you will demonstrate a high level of attention to detail, safety awareness, and customer service.

Background & Experience

• Prior supervisory and leadership experience in a mine site warehouse.
• Understanding of inventory management principals and systems.
• Proven experience managing stocktakes, inventory and critical spares.
• Purchasing, procurement and supplied performance management.
• “Greenfields” setup of a mine warehousing function (desirable).
• Strong organisational and time‑management skills with sound attention to detail.
• Analytical thinker, cost awareness and committed to continuous improvement.
• Clear communicator who can influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Dangerous good storage and handling requirements.
• High level of personal commitment to safety and risk management.

Qualifications

• Certificate IV in Warehousing operations, Supply Chain or similar.
• High Risk Work Licence: Forklift (required) Working at Heights & Confined Space (desirable).
• Telehandler or EWP licence (desirable).
• Current C-Class WA Drivers Licence.
• National Police Clearance.
• S26 Qualified.
