What they need
About the role
Oversee and coordinate daily warehouse operations, particularly Knocked Down (KD) parts activities at an automotive manufacturing facility. Lead daily KD team operations to ensure smooth and efficient processes.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise daily operations in accordance with company standards
- Ensure proper vehicle receiving, storage, inventory control, and dispatch processes
- Monitor warehouse performance and compliance with company procedures
- Identify operational issues and implement corrective actions
About you
- Proven experience in warehouse supervision or management, preferably in a KD facility at a major automotive manufacturing plant
- Strong understanding of automotive KD processes, parts handling, and inventory control
- Good English communication skills for daily work coordination
- Strong leadership, coordination, problem-solving, and operational management skills
- Willing to be stationed at the warehouse in Karawang, West Java
- Experience in warehouse operations at a Chinese automotive KD parts company is preferred
