Warehouse Supervisor

About the role

Casella Apparel is seeking an experienced warehouse management professional to oversee warehouse operations and lead a team in a supportive and collaborative environment. This role involves managing inventory flow, optimizing warehouse systems, and ensuring compliance with operational standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee operational flow of goods/inventory (receiving, storage, picking, packing, shipping)
• Manage and direct warehouse team to ensure operations run effectively, efficiently, and according to SOP
• Coordinate with purchasing, production, and distribution teams to ensure accuracy and proper goods flow
• Operate and ensure optimization of WMS and/or ERP systems
• Control and ensure implementation of FIFO, FEFO, LIFO methods in stock management
• Oversee stock opname, cycle count, and inventory control & reporting on a regular basis
• Implement and ensure compliance with K3 (Occupational Safety and Health) standards in warehouse area
• Develop, monitor, and evaluate warehouse team KPIs
• Create and analyze daily and monthly operational reports and provide improvement recommendations

About you

• S1 degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics Management, or related field
• Minimum 5 years experience in warehouse/logistics, with minimum 2 years in supervisor position
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented, organized, with high attention to detail
• Proficient in Warehouse Management System (WMS) and/or ERP
• Understanding of stock management methods (FIFO, FEFO, LIFO)
• Experience handling inventory processes including stock opname, cycle count, inventory control & reporting
• Understanding of warehouse management flow (receiving, storage, picking, packing, shipping)
• Ability to operate or understand warehouse equipment (hand pallet, etc.)
• Understanding of K3 (Occupational Safety and Health) standards in warehouse area
