Warehouse Supervisor

• Manage daily warehouse operations, manpower allocation, pipe handling, and loading schedules to meet productivity targets and support production and deliveries.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through stock reconciliation, discrepancy investigation, and FIFO implementation, including control of downgraded pipes, slow-moving stock, discontinued products, and customer returns.
• Monitor inventory movements and warehouse transactions through ERP systems, such as SAP, and ensure system records align with physical stock.
• Analyze loading productivity, delivery delays, downtime, and claims, and implement corrective actions and continuous improvements.
• Set and monitor team KPIs, evaluate performance, and conduct regular briefings, training, and coaching.
• Prepare operational plans and reports, coordinate inter-unit support, and propose resource needs and outsourced sorting or repair activities.
• Ensure compliance with occupational safety, PPE, 5R/5S, and warehouse procedures, and follow up on inspections and audit findings.

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Industrial Engineering, Logistics Engineering, Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management, Transportation Management, or Business Management.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse operations.
• Experience in warehouse operations within steel pipe manufacturing, steel products, or related industries is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel for inventory reconciliation, data analysis, and operational reporting.
• Familiarity with ERP systems, such as SAP, for inventory management and warehouse transactions is preferred.
• Good numerical and analytical skills to verify stock quantities, perform calculations, and identify discrepancies.
• Able to organize daily activities, communicate instructions clearly, and coordinate effectively across teams.
• Detail-oriented, disciplined, and quality-conscious, with strong integrity and accountability.
• Able to prioritize tasks and maintain accuracy under operational pressure.
