What you’ll be doing

• Supervise daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, picking, loading and dispatch.

• Plan and assign tasks to warehouse staff to ensure orders are prepared accurately and on time.

• Maintain accurate stock records and coordinate regular stock counts and inventory reconciliation.

• Investigate and report stock discrepancies, damaged goods and shortages, and follow up on corrective actions.

• Ensure materials are stored properly, with clear identification and efficient use of warehouse space.

• Coordinate with sales, purchasing, production and logistics teams to support smooth order fulfilment.

• Maintain warehouse housekeeping and ensure compliance with company procedures and workplace safety requirements.

• Guide and train warehouse staff, monitor attendance and work performance, and address operational issues.

• Prepare warehouse reports and update management on stock status, operational performance and outstanding matters.

What we’re looking for

• SPM, Diploma or equivalent qualification; a qualification in Logistics, Supply Chain or a related field is an advantage.

• At least 2–3 years of relevant warehouse experience, preferably with experience supervising a team.

• Experience handling construction or building materials is an added advantage.

• Able to operate a forklift confidently and safely is an added advantage.

• Good knowledge of inventory control, stock counting and warehouse documentation.

• Strong leadership, communication and coordination skills.

• Organised, responsible and attentive to stock accuracy and workplace safety.

• Able to work Monday to Friday, with alternate Saturdays.
