What they need
Responsibilities:
-Coordinate inbound freight, receiving, sorting, put-away, picking, and dispatching.
-Track stock levels, conduct cycle counts, and reconcile physical inventory with the warehouse management system
-Assign daily tasks, train warehouse associates, and monitor performance.
-Enforce workplace safety rules, maintain clean storage areas, and run safety meetings.
- Measure Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) like error rates and shipping times, then report metrics to management
Qualification:
-Strong leadership, multitasking, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
-High school diploma required; a bachelor's degree in logistics
- Experience in warehousing, logistics, or supply chain operations
