We're looking for a hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to lead our operation in Andover. This is more than a stock and dispatch role. It's an opportunity to create a safe, organised and high-performing environment where people enjoy coming to work and customers receive the reliably fast service we're known for.

You'll be responsible for:

Leading and developing the warehouse and yard team
Driving safety, accuracy and housekeeping standards
Ensuring stock is where it should be and orders leave right first time
Keeping picking, loading and dispatch running smoothly
Identifying improvements and helping the operation perform at its best

What we're looking for:

• Warehouse supervisory or team leadership experience
• A natural leader who leads from the front
• Strong operational and organisational skills
• A passion for high standards and continuous improvement
• Experience within warehousing, logistics, distribution or builders merchanting

Essential

• Previous Warehouse Supervisor, Team Leader or similar operational leadership experience.
• Forklift Truck Licence.
• Strong people leadership and coaching skills.
• Experience managing warehouse performance and productivity.
• Excellent organisational and planning capabilities.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Good IT literacy and experience using warehouse management systems.

Pay: £33,000.00-£38,000.00 per year

Experience:

• leadership in a warehouse: 3 years (required)
