Warehouse Supervisor

About the role

Supervise warehouse operations including receiving, storing, picking, and releasing of goods and materials. Monitor stock levels, maintain accurate inventory records, and conduct physical inventory checks. Ensure accurate warehouse documentation and prepare inventory and operational reports. Assign tasks, monitor employee performance, and ensure compliance with company policies and standard operating procedures. Maintain warehouse cleanliness, orderliness, security, and workplace safety. Coordinate with Logistics, Purchasing, Production, and other departments to ensure timely and accurate movement of materials. Ensure proper handling and storage of goods to prevent damage, loss, and wastage. Recommend improvements in warehouse procedures, productivity, and inventory control.
