Job Description: Warehouse Supervisor (Waste Management Company)

Position Summary: The Warehouse Supervisor oversees daily warehouse operations for electrical and industrial waste recycling materials. This role ensures the efficient, safe, and compliant handling, processing, and preparation of materials for export. The Warehouse Supervisor leads and manages warehouse staff, coordinates workflow, maintains inventory accuracy, and enforces company policies and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate all warehouse activities, including receiving, sorting, crushing, packing, and shipping of waste materials.
• Lead, train, and evaluate warehouse staff to ensure high performance and adherence to safety protocols.
• Develop and implement effective warehouse processes and procedures for operational efficiency and compliance.
• Monitor inventory levels, maintain accurate records, and oversee inventory control systems.
• Ensure warehouse cleanliness, organization, and compliance with environmental and safety regulations.
• Coordinate with logistics and export teams to ensure timely dispatch and documentation of outgoing shipments.
• Conduct regular inspections of warehouse equipment and facilities, reporting any maintenance needs or safety hazards.
• Prepare and submit reports on warehouse activities, productivity, and incidents as required.
• Resolve operational issues and address staff concerns or conflicts professionally.
• Promote a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement within the warehouse team.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required.
• Proven experience in warehouse operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse processes, inventory management, and safety regulations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment and machinery (forklift certification is an advantage).
• Proficiency in basic computer applications and warehouse management systems.

Work Location: Warehouse facility, Laguna/Cavite/Batangas

Reports To: Operations Manager or Branch Manager

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand, walk, and perform manual tasks as needed
• Capacity to supervise and assist with lifting and moving materials

Pay: Php23,000.00 - Php28,000.00 per month
