Warehouse Supervisor

The Warehouse Supervisor oversees inventory accuracy, efficient inbound and outbound material flow, and administrative control within the laboratory office. The role supports production operations by ensuring that materials, systems, manpower, and documentation are properly coordinated and aligned with production targets, operational requirements, and delivery commitments.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Management, or related field
• Minimum of 2 years supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment
• At least 2 years of experience in production management, inventory control, or administrative operations within a manufacturing setup
• Proficient in MS Office / Microsoft 365
• Working knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems
• Familiarity with inventory control systems and production monitoring tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Effective leadership and team management skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Results-oriented and decisive
• Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Team-oriented with strong sense of accountability
